Data Analyst I Power BI I Tableau

Job Summary / About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team at ARSoft Consulting. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret data, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes for our global clients. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for stakeholders using analytical tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Assist in the identification and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Provide regular updates and presentations summarising analytical findings clearly and concisely.
• Support continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualisation tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Previous experience working with international clients or projects.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and predictive modelling techniques.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools.
