Project Engineer

Toot mne tech is a reputable and fast-growing HVAC contracting firm specializing in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic project execution team.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Project Engineer will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC projects from start to finish. This includes preparing project documentation, coordinating with design and site teams, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring coordination between all stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements in line with project requirements and specifications.
• Material Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of approved materials and equipment at site.
• Site Support: Provide technical support to site engineers and supervisors, resolve site-related technical issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly to the Project Manager on the status of work, delays, and potential risks.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all works are executed as per quality and safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Client & Consultant Coordination: Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project execution, attend meetings, and address technical queries as required.
• Commissioning Support: Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems in coordination with all relevant parties.
• Documentation & Handover: Compile as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and other project close-out documentation for submission and handover.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a project engineering role within the HVAC or MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, piping, etc.) and installation procedures.
• Familiarity with project management practices and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
