Senior Project Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management & Site Coordination

• Manage and oversee

  multiple project sites

  within the Navi Mumbai region and Pan-India locations as required.
• Ensure timely execution of project activities as per the planned schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project implementation.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project standards.

Client Handling & Communication

• Attend

  weekly client meetings

  and provide clear updates on project status, risks, and action plans.
• Handle

  client escalations

  professionally and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Act as a decision-maker for site-related matters and ensure client expectations are met.

Technical Expertise

• Apply engineering knowledge (preferably

  B.E in Mechanical

  ) to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and operational procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed

  MIS reports, progress trackers, project schedules, and dashboards

  using advanced Excel.
• Maintain project documentation, site reports, meeting MOMs, and resource utilization records.
• Track material movement, project timelines, manpower deployment, and inventory.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with procurement, planning, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Provide project coordination support to senior management and support decision-making through accurate data reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E Mechanical Engineering

  with

  3+ years

  of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in project execution, project coordination, or site engineering is preferred.
• Strong competency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard Creation, Data Analysis).
• Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and handle escalations independently.
• Willingness to travel to Pan-India project locations as required.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
