Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Estimation Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project estimation, conducting research, negotiation with clients, and utilizing civil engineering knowledge to provide thermal management and airflow solutions to data centers. Qualifications BOQ and Project Estimation skills Civil Engineering knowledge Negotiation skills Research abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Engaging with clients and turning inquiries into opportunities Preparing accurate, competitive technical and commercial proposals Collaborating across teams to ensure successful project execution Playing a key role in driving business growth Estimation and Cost Analysis Prepare accurate project cost estimates, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors. Analyse project requirements, specifications, and drawings to create detailed estimates.
