The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executing complex, high-value projects in the semiconductor domain, with strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution of semiconductor infrastructure construction (Phase 2).
• Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project governance to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Drive stakeholder management, including client representatives, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
• Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Deliver projects within scope, cost, and schedule commitments.

Key Requirements:

• 18+ years of experience in

  large-scale construction projects

  , with at least

  5+ years in semiconductor infrastructure projects

  .
• Proven expertise in

  semiconductor plant/fab construction

  ; exposure to clean rooms, MEP, high-tech facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong background in

  project management, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management

  .
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates from

  Semiconductor industry projects

  ;

  Datacenter project experience

  will be considered as the last option.
