Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking project progress, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the development and implementation of project plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Support the preparation of presentations and status updates for clients and management.
• Track risks and issues and report them to the project manager.
• Follow up with team members for task updates and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Basic understanding of IT/software development processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
