Business Analyst and ERP Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying system requirements, and implementing ERP solutions that align with organizational goals. This role acts as a bridge between business users and the technical team to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend ERP solutions and enhancements based on business requirements. Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems. Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes. Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and documentation. Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, HR, and IT. Assist in data migration, validation, and reporting tasks during ERP projects. Maintain and support ongoing ERP system operations and user requests. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1–2 years in ERP environments (e.g.ERPNext, etc.). Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, HR). Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
