As a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in ERP systems, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying system requirements, and implementing ERP solutions that align with organizational goals. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. - Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Evaluating and recommending ERP solutions and enhancements based on business requirements. - Supporting ERP implementation, upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems. - Conducting gap analysis between current and future state processes. - Facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and documentation. - Monitoring ERP system performance and troubleshooting issues as needed. - Working closely with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, HR, and IT. - Assisting in data migration, validation, and reporting tasks during ERP projects. - Maintaining and supporting ongoing ERP system operations and user requests. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1-2 years in ERP environments (e.g., ERPNext, etc.). - Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, HR). - Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus. - Experience in project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
