About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Consultant (Frappe) to join our team. You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, implementing ERP systems (based on Frappe/ERPNext), and ensuring smooth project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, helping businesses streamline their operations through effective ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of ERPNext (Frappe Framework) for clients across different domains. Understand business processes and translate them into system workflows and configurations. Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed documentation. Customize and configure modules such as Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc., as per client needs. Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders. Coordinate with development teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements. Test new features, fixes, and changes to ensure quality delivery. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication. Maintain documentation for all configurations, customizations, and implementations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Proven experience with ERP implementation, preferably with ERPNext / Frappe Framework. Solid understanding of business processes across multiple domains. Hands-on experience with Frappe customizations, scripting, and basic Python knowledge. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
