Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant

As an Infor M3 Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and driving deliveries within the program/project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of analysts, consultants, testers or engineers throughout the project lifecycle - Conducting user interviews, process reviews, meetings, and workshops to understand business requirements - Demonstrating ownership, leadership, and a sense of urgency in project implementations - Implementing best practices to improve process performance and setting up KPI framework - Providing direct leadership for functional professionals and prioritizing requirements with stakeholders - Coordinating functional/technical activities with the delivery/program/project and business - Applying business analysis principles to elicit, understand, and document requirements - Working cohesively in a team environment and acting as a knowledge expert - Identifying, reusing, and enriching existing functional realizations - Collaborating openly to clarify vision, processes, scope, and end-state capabilities In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field - 10-15 years of experience in ERP Infor M3, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Planning & Demand modules - Experience in full life cycle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and post go-live support - Working knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies - Knowledge of Infor tools, techniques, and best practices for data protection - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet customer service level agreements - Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions independently - Prior experience in Infor technology implementations, upgrades, and rollouts - Knowledge/experience in designing functional specifications, documentation, and delivery If you possess the above qualifications and are looking to work in a challenging environment where you can showcase your leadership and project management skills, this role might be the right fit for you.,
