About the Role

• We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong technical foundation in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience in managing data scraping projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end scraping projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and analysts to align tasks with project timelines.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Client Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for client communication.

• Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

• Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships.

Technical Involvement

• Demonstrate understanding of scraping frameworks, data extraction techniques, and workflows.

• Use Python and SQL for data validation, analysis, and reporting.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the development team.

People & Process Management

• Manage team members, assign responsibilities, and track deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and project goals.

• Foster a collaborative work environment and effectively manage high-pressure situations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for internal and client communication.

• Prepare project status reports, escalation notes, and detailed documentation.

Required Skillset

• Strong technical foundation in Python and SQL (must-have).

• Basic knowledge of web scraping tools, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong client management and stakeholder handling abilities.

• Proven experience in people management and team coordination.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the web scraping / data extraction industry.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Knowledge of dashboards and real-time monitoring tools.
