Project Coordinator

• Design Coordination:
  • Coordinate MEP design activities, ensuring alignment with the project’s scope, timelines, and specifications.
  • Review MEP design documents (drawings, calculations, and specifications) for compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure MEP designs are integrated properly with architectural and structural designs.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the design team, Client and other project stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend design coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties to resolve design issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of design approvals, revisions, and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular progress reports on the status of the MEP design and construction.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in MEP systems or construction management (preferred).

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design coordination or a similar role in large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven experience in coordinating MEP design and installations on-site.
  • Hands-on experience in site coordination, construction drawings, and design issues resolution.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
