Job Description

Company Description Our Advisory Service Line is at the forefront of managing large-scale developments for some of the most prestigious clients in the region, including giga projects, municipalities, and other significant urban and real estate ventures. Our projects are focused on the early stages of development—such as feasibility, design, and planning—as well as post-delivery evaluations and optimization. With expertise in engineering, architecture, and technology, we shape the future of urban spaces and infrastructure. Job Description Role Overview This hybrid role combines urban design, GIS mapping, and environmental modelling to support urban code development, feasibility planning, and RIBA Stage 0–1 deliverables. The Urban Designer must work fluidly across multiple scales — developing regional land capability studies, urban zoning and parametric design tools, and site-specific spatial solutions. This integrated approach supports multi-layered planning from concept to regulation. Key Responsibilities Develop zoning lot sheets, site layouts, and 3D parametric visualizations using Rhino/Grasshopper and Revit. Conduct land use/landcover and site suitability analysis using GIS tools. Model environmental overlays such as heat islands and ecosystem sensitivity. Integrate GIS data into zoning and design deliverables. Support RIBA Stage 0–1 feasibility by mapping opportunities and constraints. Produce graphics and maps for presentation and reporting across planning and environmental aspects. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in urban design, architecture, or GIS-based environmental planning. Proficient in Rhino, Revit, ArcGIS/QGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of zoning, urban codes, and site feasibility assessments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design with GIS/environmental training.
