You will take end-to-end ownership of high-impact, independent programs from ideation through to execution. This role sits at the heart of Virohan’s alumni and placement strategy — driving outcomes that directly influence the career trajectories of thousands of students and strengthening our ecosystem of employers, alumni, and institutional partners. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Strategic Program Ownership: Independently lead and execute high-impact programs from 0 to 1—right from discovery, hypothesis design, to execution and scale. Take full ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle management, delivering measurable business outcomes and improving key student success metrics. Alumni & Student-Centric Growth: Spearhead initiatives to support the student-to-alumni journey, with a focus on long-term growth, career progression, and engagement. Design systems that enhance placement readiness and accelerate outcomes for students entering the job market. Placement & Interview Optimization: Drive strategies to increase interview rates and conversion ratios—bridging the gap between student capability and employer expectations. Design and drive the strategy for engaging large employers as placement partners—creating scalable, high-impact partnerships that enhance credibility and long-term value. Data-Driven Decision Making & Automation: Build automated workflows and systems to track program health, placement outcomes, and alumni progress at scale. Use data analytics and dashboards to identify gaps, track KPIs (e.g., interview conversion, partner satisfaction), and steer decisions. Implement feedback loops and automation to minimize manual effort and optimize operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to develop tools and systems that support placement, tracking, and alumni engagement. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure successful program delivery and scale across geographies. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management: Act as a bridge between internal teams, leadership, and external partners—ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum. Lead partner success initiatives and craft a scalable model for employer engagement and alumni development.
