Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs and projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
  • Communicate program status, progress, and changes to stakeholders through regular reporting and updates.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive business growth.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive program success.
  • Experience working with hotel key systems or similar technologies is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
