Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand expectations, constraints, and budgets, and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Analyze project scope to provide accurate effort, cost, and timeline estimates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and support teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Identify and resolve complex challenges with sustainable, data-driven solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects across accounts with clear governance and accountability.
• Forecast revenue and ensure adherence to financial and contractual commitments.
• Drive and monitor key project KPIs — including schedule, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate effectively with clients within the framework of contractual and project-specific obligations.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, sharing progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure transparency and trust.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 10+ years

  of experience in the online learning industry with a strong customer engagement background.

• 8+ years

  of experience in project/program management within learning solutions or eLearning.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional development teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and client management skills.

Preferred:

• PMP® or PMI certification

  highly desirable.
• Experience in managing large-scale learning initiatives for global clients.
