About Tractor Junction:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage channel partner programs across multiple regions
  • Lead partner onboarding and retention initiatives to maximize engagement
  • Design and implement effective incentive plans to drive partner performance
  • Monitor partner performance, proactively resolving issues to maintain program health
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Leverage data analytics to track program results and provide insights to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and enhance partner satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Channel Sales or Program Management
  • Background in fintech or auto finance is preferred
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, and data analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
