Demonstrated leadership experience, collaborating with CXO to -1 level executives. Desired Skills (Good to Have): Background in sales strategy, sales operations, or go-to-market strategies. Proficiency in business intelligence tools. Success Parameters: Design and implementation of strategic initiatives directly supporting organizational goals. Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common objectives. Proven capability to devise and implement solutions for complex sales optimization challenges. Job Requirements: Monitor sales performance and identify gaps to achieve annual operating plan (AoP) and strategic goals. Devise methods to address identified gaps and align multiple teams effectively. Establish clear objectives, metrics, and standard operating procedures (SoPs) to drive program success. Revenue generation, new acquisitions, and renewals. Optimize sales teams ways of working to achieve optimal productivity Progress reports on execution statuses of various programs.
