Role Description Program Delivery Leadership & Governance Independently lead and deliver large, complex programs within budget and schedule, achieving defined business outcomes. Manage a portfolio with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $5–10 million, adhering to established delivery processes and quality standards. Oversee financial, operational, and logistical decision-making through a robust governance framework involving internal and customer stakeholders. Key Outcomes Delivered Operational Excellence Champion adoption of delivery plans, RACI matrices, RAID logs, engineering best practices, and infrastructure standards to ensure high-quality outcomes. Innovation & Thought Leadership Cultivate a culture of innovation; design novel, business-enhancing solutions to complex, precedent-free challenges. Profit & Growth Ownership Manage P&L for a $5–10M portfolio; achieve EBITDA of 25%+ and drive 15–20% YoY organic growth. Customer Success & Advocacy Deliver consistently high-quality outputs, building strong advocacy among clients through reliability and innovation. Digital Transformation Enablement Execute impactful digital transformation programs, proposing value-added initiatives beyond contractual expectations. Client Relationship Management Build deep partnerships with key stakeholders, driving end-to-end program requirements and managing expectations proactively. Risk & SLA Management Mitigate delivery risks and ensure SLA adherence through preemptive planning and continuous monitoring. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and mentor a delivery team of up to 100 associates, enhancing engagement, skill development, and performance. Knowledge Management & Collaboration Implement knowledge-sharing frameworks to eliminate single points of failure and foster collaboration. Process Optimization & Financial Levers Continuously improve delivery processes, apply financial levers to optimize cost-efficiency, and enhance profitability. Milestone Tracking & Governance Conduct periodic reviews, track progress against key milestones, and lead effective SteerCo meetings. Measures of Success Revenue & Profitability (Targets vs. Actuals) Digital & Service Penetration Mix Client-Defined Transformational Value Delivered Customer & People Satisfaction Innovation Metrics (e.g., unsolicited proposals) Conversion to Outcome-Based Engagements DSO Targets (No Overdue Invoices) Outputs Expected Domain / Industry Knowledge Forecast market trends and business needs. Engage in high-impact conversations with clients, identify solution gaps, and propose aligned UST services. Manage domain-specific challenges across multiple projects and validate customer roadmaps. Technology Expertise Recommend appropriate technology frameworks and architectures. Identify short-term (1–2 year) relevant tech stacks and guide solution development. Engage with client technology leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Profitability Management Create and track profitability models (ROI, IRR) aligned with resource and delivery plans. Enable outcome-based pricing and adapt commercial models to maximize engagement margins. Pricing & Licensing Strategy Develop integrated and competitive pricing models. Guide teams in applying pricing strategies and choosing optimal commercial models. Account Management Independently manage at least one $5–10M account, including both top-line and bottom-line ownership. Support mining and growth of key accounts with account plans aligned to client strategy. Project Management Plan and lead complex, high-value engagements across multiple teams and geographies.
