Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plans on budget and manages complete merchandising delivery system for Client on a National Level.
Ensuring KPIs are met for all channels and programs and work closely with Senior Management.
Ensures through RM's/OM's that all the SOPs are in place.
Adds value through new initiatives and processes in concurrence with Client.
Works on developing and training through modules of merchandising & Promotion.
Monitors budget and develops economic working norms.
Ensures a legally compliant system across the country.
Work to correct and enhance the delivery model, wherever required to ensure timely delivery & monitor the quality of execution.
Escalate issues & guide the concerned team if any.
Negotiate with client for salary increment/incentives and for getting additional business
Closely Monitors the MIS, evaluates reports.
Evaluates and reviews operations with RM's/OMs on a monthly basis.
Best practices to be adopted and act as Brand ambassador of PPMS
In addition to above duties and functions any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed.
