✅ Key Responsibilities Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, breakdowns, or urgent orders Maintain accurate records of production output, material consumption, and work‑in‑progress Analyze capacity, manpower, and machine availability to optimize production efficiency Communicate production plans and changes to relevant departments Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field 1-2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of lean manufacturing or production optimization is an advantage
