Job Title: B2B Solar Sales Executive Job Location: Surat Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and passionate B2B Solar Sales professional to join our team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of solar solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new B2B leads in commercial, industrial, and institutional segments. • Conduct client meetings to understand energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets. • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines. • Collaborate with the engineering team for site evaluations and project proposals. • Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities. • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and trade fairs. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales; solar or renewable energy industry experience preferred. • Strong understanding of solar PV systems and technical aspects of solar energy. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage long sales cycles and build trust with stakeholders. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
