Key Responsibilities: •Operate and monitor machinery during the production process. •Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules. •Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machines to ensure optimal performance. •Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to specifications. •Maintain accurate production logs and documentation. •Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. •Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. •Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes. •Clean and maintain work area and machinery. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical degree or certification preferred. •Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment. •Familiarity with operating machinery and tools. •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. •Good communication and teamwork skills. •Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
