Job Description

Candidate must have experience as a packing machine operator, including vertical packing machines (single-track, multi-track, and pouch-filling machines)

1- Machine Operation-Set up, adjustment and operation of machine.

2- Maintenance-To perform Basic Maintenance of Machine.

3- Production-Monitor Production Process, efficiency, output, quality as per norms.

4- Safety Compliance - To follow the safety protocols to prevent the accident and injuries.

5- Quality Control-To Maintain the quality of finished product as per norms and reduces the defect and Packing material.

6- Documentation-Maintain production record / breakdown/machine settings etc.

7- Communication-Report Machine malfunction, product defects and other production related issue to Shift Supervisor.

8- GMP & Hygiene- To maintain the GMP and Hygiene in the plant.

9- Stock Inventory- to maintain the Inventory of RM/PM at Shop floor
