Job Description

As a Manufacturing Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of production supervisors to achieve performance excellence and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and coaching a diverse team to promote teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. - Setting clear production goals, communicating expectations, and ensuring everyone understands their role in achieving business objectives. - Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between departments to streamline production processes. - Organizing and leading regular team meetings to address safety, performance, key indicators, and production challenges or opportunities. - Upholding a culture of food safety and quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Monitoring production metrics and key performance indicators related to efficiency, safety, and partner performance. - Identifying and communicating customer requirements to schedule orders efficiently. - Evaluating potential capital improvements and managing related projects. - Spearheading change initiatives to enhance performance through new technology or processes. - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by engaging team members in problem-solving and optimization. Key Qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Food/Dairy Science, Agriculture, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively. - Proactive mindset, self-accountability, and a focus on solutions with a continuous drive for personal and professional growth. - Ability to collaborate with diverse partners while upholding a culture of respect. - Experience in leading through change and fostering organizational growth. - Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5% annually) and maintain composure in stressful situations. - Proficiency in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications for professional presentations.,
