Job Description

Job Title: Production Manager Injection Moulding (IMM)

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules ensuring on-time delivery.
Optimize machine, manpower, and material utilization for maximum productivity.
Lead and supervise the production team; conduct regular meetings and ensure high morale.
Ensure product quality through strong process controls; resolve quality issues with QA.
Manage Husky IMM machines, including operation monitoring and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
Monitor raw material and FG inventory; coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety trainings; report incidents promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech in Plastic / Mechanical / Production Engineering / PGD from CIPET
10+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing/IMM production. (From Plastic packaging or relevant plastic moulding industry)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle production challenges and deliver consistent output.
