Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, for our Client, located in Chennai.

The Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, manage production staff, and maintain production schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, implementing safety guidelines, and managing inventory.

Additionally, the Production Manager will be involved in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control especially in the Furniture Industry

• Knowledge of Hindi critical for this Job

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field

• Experience in the Furniture Industry or related industry is a big plus
