Production Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee our interior production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day factory operations, ensuring quality output, meeting project timelines, and coordinating between design, procurement, and site teams. This role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production activities in the interior/joinery factory.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with project teams.
• Supervise production staff and assign responsibilities for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material availability, cutting lists, and quality checks at every stage.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams for timely delivery of drawings and materials.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and maintain production efficiency.
• Implement quality control standards and ensure zero defect deliveries.
• Track factory performance metrics such as output, wastage, and manpower efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance protocols are followed within the facility.
• Provide technical guidance and process improvements for operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management within an interior or furniture manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, joinery, and material handling.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
