Sales executive

Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and convert leads into clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and design teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with professionalism.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience in interior design and production will be an advantage.
