Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to drive prescriptions and product adoption. Conduct regular visits, follow-ups, and product presentations to medical practitioners. Consistently achieve monthly sales goals, including doctor meetings, prescriptions, and order closures. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing actionable insights with the management team. Maintain accurate records of field visits, appointments, and sales data. Actively support marketing initiatives such as CME programs, health camps, and promotional events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative. Established network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to local travel for fieldwork.
