Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and execute daily production schedules, monitor workflow across different units (cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing), and ensure targets and deadlines are met. · Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste (lean manufacturing), improve efficiency, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements (Kaizen, 5S). · Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product integrity, perform in-process quality control, identify and correct defects, and ensure all products comply with industry standards and specifications. · Equipment and Machinery Management: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machines are in optimal working condition, schedule regular maintenance, troubleshoot equipment problems, and assist in installing new machinery. · Technical Support and Training: Provide technical expertise and support to production teams, train operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and new equipment, and assist in the development of new manufacturing capabilities. · Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze production data and reports (e.g., efficiency, material utilization) to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and validate partner plans. · Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, sourcing, and supply chain, to resolve technical issues and ensure all aspects of production run smoothly.
