Production Engineer

Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands, project timelines, and quality standards.Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement departments to align production schedules with order requirements and material availability.Resource Allocation and Management:Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost-effectiveness.Supervise and manage production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workforce development initiatives.Quality Assurance and Process Improvement:Implement quality control measures, inspection protocols, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and customer expectations.Identify areas for process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction through lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology adoption.Production Execution and Monitoring:Oversee the execution of production activities, including panel assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection, to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.Monitor production performance, production KPIs, and key metrics (e.g., yield, efficiency, scrap rates) to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for optimization.Inventory and Supply Chain Management:Manage inventory levels, materials procurement, and supply chain logistics to support production operations and minimize disruptions.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, components, and supplies needed for production.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and policies applicable to manufacturing operations.Implement safety protocols, training programs, and risk mitigation measures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for production staff.Continuous Training and Development:Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for production staff to enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies related to production processes, equipment operation, and quality standards.Customer Communication and Support:Collaborate with sales, customer service, and project management teams to address customer inquiries, resolve production-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Communicate production status, delivery schedules, and project updates to customers and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Vender Communication:Confirmation for Product delivery & StatusTechnical discussion & ResolutionProduct Follow upVendor MeetingFactory Electrical MaintenanceProduct development
