The company has a 135,000 Sqft manufacturing area, as well as an in-house testing lab and quality control checks to ensure that high-quality products are delivered to customers. FGPL's mission is to provide solutions against corrosion using FRP/GRP and offers complete designing, prototype building, manufacturing, testing and certification, installation and erection at site of FRP products. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for production engineer position at FGPL, mainly in FRP Tanks & Equipment manufacturing, but not limited to the segment. In this role, the production engineer will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes within the manufacturing plant, along with implementing process improvements and maintaining the necessary production equipment necessary for smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred. Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years of experience preferred. Familiarity with production equipment and processes, along with knowledge about relevant health, safety and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and teamworking skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
