Production Engineer

Role Overview: As a Production Engineer at Fibro Grats Pvt. Ltd. (FGPL), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient production processes within the manufacturing plant, specifically focusing on FRP Tanks & Equipment manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in implementing process improvements and ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment to meet the company's high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize production processes within the manufacturing plant, with a focus on FRP Tanks & Equipment manufacturing. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure smooth operations. - Adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets. - Utilize your expertise in making and reading complex drawings to contribute to the manufacturing process. - Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in FRP/Composite production processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with production equipment and processes. - Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Excellent communication and teamworking skills. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Expertise in making and ability to read complex drawings. - Prior knowledge of FRP/Composite industry production processes is essential.
