Gap Analysis & Blueprinting: Conduct Gap Analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes and document detailed Business Blueprints for stakeholder validation. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts; perform and validate functional testing post-development. Customization & Enhancements: Develop functional specifications for custom reports, data processing programs, load tools, and adjustment utilities in collaboration with the technical team. Training & Documentation: Facilitate end-user training sessions and prepare comprehensive documentation covering system processes, configurations, and operational workflows. Collaboration & Development Support: Work closely with technical teams to define and validate development objects (e.g., reports, interfaces) and ensure thorough functional testing. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP FICO best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations. Role & responsibilities A. Operation & Monitoring Operate and monitor CNG compressors, Air compressors, Fire Fighting pumps, GG and DG , dryers, LCV Filling, PLC/SCADA interfaces, online Odorant dosing system, and related equipment. Record operating parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, load, power consumption, etc.) periodically. Maintain steady and uninterrupted CNG production and LCV filling operations. Ensure proper sequencing and start-up/shut-down of equipment as per SOPs. B. Mechanical Maintenance Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) of mechanical equipmentfilters, valves, lubrication, belt tensioning, etc. Assist in minor corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of compressors, dryers, and pipelines. Coordinate with maintenance technicians and OEM service teams for major repairs. C. Safety, Compliance, and Standards Ensure compliance with PESO, OISD, CNG safety guidelines, and company SOPs. Conduct safety inspections, leak checks, and audits of equipment and piping networks. Implement LOTO (Lock-Out/Tag-Out), hot work permits, and emergency protocols. Lead and participate in emergency preparedness drills. Ensure proper functioning of fire & gas detection systems and safety valves. D. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of operation logs, maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and equipment history. Analyze recurring issues and recommend engineering improvements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Manage spare parts inventory, AMC schedules, and procurement requirements. E. LCV Filling Station Responsibilities Monitor and manage LCV filling operations to ensure quick turnaround and safety. Oversee flow meters accuracy, calibration, and performance. Ensure proper functioning of priority panels and cascade filling sequences. Coordinate with logistics teams, transporters, and LCV drivers to ensure smooth fueling operations. F. Team Coordination & Supervision Lead, train, and support operators and technicians on mechanical best practices. Provide on-site technical guidance during breakdowns or critical operations. Ensure shift teams follow standard procedures, safety norms, and documentation protocols. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Experience 36 years of experience in CNG Mother/Daughter Station or gas utility O&M. Experience with high-pressure compressors, PRS/PRU systems, or industrial mechanical maintenance is desirable. Technical Skills Strong knowledge O&M of CNG compressors, boosters, dryers, storage cascades, and dispensers. LCV Filling operations , DG and GG operations, Air Compressor etc. Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems and safety instrumentation. Understanding of high-pressure gas handling, pipeline integrity, and pressure regulations.

MIS Reporting Preferred candidate profile Engineer Graduate-Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical (aligned to category of buying) Procurement experience in an Oil & Gas or Manufacturing Industry (+3 years). Expertise in managing SAP systems, digital processes, MS Office. Significant experience within Procurement and Supply Management; with a proven track record of delivering results within a global Procurement organization.
