Role & responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders and other SAP modules interfacing with FICO. Solution Design: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and ensure effective realization within SAP. Configuration & Testing: Configure and test SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Project Systems (PS), Fund Centre, and Plant Maintenance (PM). Integration Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), CO (Controlling), PS (Project System), and PM (Plant Maintenance). Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis to ensure business continuity. Gap Analysis & Blueprinting: Conduct Gap Analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes and document detailed Business Blueprints for stakeholder validation. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts; perform and validate functional testing post-development. Customization & Enhancements: Develop functional specifications for custom reports, data processing programs, load tools, and adjustment utilities in collaboration with the technical team. Training & Documentation: Facilitate end-user training sessions and prepare comprehensive documentation covering system processes, configurations, and operational workflows. Collaboration & Development Support: Work closely with technical teams to define and validate development objects (e.g., reports, interfaces) and ensure thorough functional testing. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP FICO best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor end users and team members by sharing SAP FICO expertise, tools, and best practices. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech with 10-15 years of experience in SAP Support and development Manufacturing Experience preferred Knowledge of MM, PM, SD Modules is desirable Immediate joinee preferred
