Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, labour, safety, and other statutory regulations.
  • Organize and manage Board/Committee Meetings, AGMs/EGMs, including agendas, minutes, and statutory registers.
  • Oversee corporate actions: share transfers, dematerialisation, private placements, loan conversions, and charge management.
  • Facilitate legal, secretarial, and financial due diligence; draft and execute security perfection documents (mortgages, leases).
  • Manage land acquisition compliance, review contracts/agreements, and draft legal documents (affidavits, POAs, rejoinders).
  • Lead and supervise the Secretarial Department, ensuring governance, policy formulation, and regulatory adherence

Preferred candidate profile

  • Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Law Graduate (preferred CS + Law).
  • 12 to 16 years of experience in corporate secretarial and legal functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI guidelines and land acquisition regulations.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
