Routine Produced Water Testing : Conduct routine water testing (pH, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, iron, bacteria, scaling tendencies, etc.)
Ensure compatibility evaluation of all production chemicals. : Conduct compatibility tests of production chemicals with system-produced water to ensure effectiveness and avoid adverse reactions.
Optimize chemical operations through regular chemical dosing and monitoring : Oversee quality of chemical dosing for scale inhibition, corrosion inhibitor and biocide treatment.
Maintain compliance with HSE standards : Prepare monthly production chemistry reports.
QA/QC and method compliance : Ensure calibration, QA/QC, and method compliance of all laboratory and field tests as per industry standards
Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for chemical or water-related production issues : Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and calibration records.
Maintain Inventory : Ensure chemical inventory management and stock planning.
Chemistry Lab : Maintain and develop Chemistry lab for entire business requirement.
B.Sc. in Chemistry , Preferably Masters , Minimum 3 year relevant functional experience in Oil & Gas industry
