Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing and assembly line across multiple IT hardware categories. Develop and implement efficient and standardized assembly workflows for products such as toner cartridges, SSDs, HDDs, cabinets, etc. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality output and minimizing downtime. Lead, train, and manage teams of technicians, supervisors, and floor workers to maximize productivity and accountability. Coordinate with R&D and procurement teams to streamline production planning and optimize raw material usage. Monitor and drive improvements in key manufacturing KPIs: output quality, productivity, rejection rate, and downtime. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Enforce compliance with ESD protocols, quality systems, safety regulations, and operational standards. Troubleshoot production issues and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Establish and maintain SOPs, reporting systems, and feedback loops to enhance operational transparency. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory flow and dispatch of finished goods. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or assembly within IT hardware or electronics manufacturing. Demonstrated expertise in managing assembly lines and achieving production targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of handling large operational teams. In-depth understanding of assembly processes, quality assurance, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ESD safety standards, electronic testing equipment, and packaging protocols. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational challenges. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline. Show more Show less
