Job Description

This role is responsible for driving lead generation, brand awareness, trade visibility, and loyalty initiatives through high-impact yet cost-effective marketing campaigns across India. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep executional experience, and vendor network in the computer hardware or consumer electronics space.



Key Responsibilities (KRA)


Lead Generation & Dealer Engagement

• Plan and execute PAN-India lead generation via telesales, WhatsApp campaigns, and outbound calls

• Build processes and reporting systems to improve lead qualification and dealer onboarding


Offline & Trade Marketing

• Organize dealer meets, product demos, training events, and trade activations in key markets

• Manage planning and execution of hoardings, wall paints, standees, and POP materials


Dealer Loyalty & Incentive Programs

• Design and operate quarterly schemes, reward programs, and loyalty-based tier structures

• Track dealer engagement, scheme ROI, and repeat order metrics


Outdoor & ATL Advertising

• Strategize and execute billboard, metro, and low-cost ATL campaigns across key markets

• Handle vendor selection, rate negotiations, and campaign monitoring


POP & Collateral Management

• Oversee procurement, printing, and distribution of POP materials to regional branches and dealers

• Ensure visibility compliance across retail counters and showrooms


Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective execution

• Evaluate and onboard local and national vendors for design, printing, media, and events



Candidate Requirements


Experience & Background

• Minimum 10 years in marketing roles in computer hardware, IT peripherals, or electronics

• Proven experience in offline/trade marketing, ATL execution, and dealer network management


Skills

• Strong knowledge of outdoor advertising, local activations, and regional marketing

• Excellent communication, team handling, and cross-functional coordination skills

• Ability to travel as required for campaign supervision and dealer engagement



Salary & Compensation

• ₹60,000 to ₹1,25,000 per month (Based on experience and fit)

• Performance-based bonuses

• Travel allowance and execution budgets provided



Location

• Delhi NCR (Okhla Office HQ)

• Will require monthly travel across regions (5-10 days/month)
