Job Description

Role Overview: You are a dynamic Retail Marketing & LSM Manager with over 8 years of experience in retail, FMCD, and FMCG brands. Your role involves leading localized marketing initiatives, driving footfalls, and optimizing store-level campaigns to enhance customer engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive footfalls and enhance brand presence at the local store level. - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, activations, and seasonal offers. - Oversee in-store branding, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and merchandise planning to ensure consistency and effectiveness. - Create hyper-local marketing plans targeting struggling stores with precision marketing and data-driven insights. - Develop out-of-home (OOH) and digital marketing strategies to maximize reach and customer conversion in specific locations. - Manage Google My Business (GMB) listings, reviews, and updates to enhance local store discoverability and improve customer experience. - Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives. - Ensure marketing activities are executed within budget and deadlines while maintaining high efficiency. - Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, store-level insights, and campaign effectiveness. - Customize marketing creatives to align with regional preferences and customer demographics. - Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of local campaigns and events. - Lead and mentor a team of marketers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals. - Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across multiple channels for maximum ROI. - Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, store performance, and customer insights to refine future marketing strategies. Qualification Required: - MBA (Marketing preferred) - 10+ years of experience in retail marketing, LSM, or brand management, preferably in retail brands, FMCD, or FMCG sectors. - Proven expertise in campaign planning, merchandise planning, and store-level precision marketing. - Strong knowledge of OOH media, digital marketing, and GMB planning to drive localized impact. - Experience in handling multi-channel marketing initiatives and increasing footfalls through data-driven strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and implement innovative marketing solutions. - Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for campaign tracking and reporting.,
