Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute

    BTL campaigns

    including in-store activations, mall promotions, events, exhibitions, and roadshows
  • Drive

    store-level marketing

    initiatives to increase walk-ins and conversions
  • Coordinate with vendors, malls, event partners, and internal teams for seamless execution
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking
  • Execute local partnerships, community activations, and hyperlocal marketing efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance and present insights and improvement plans
  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    BTL / offline marketing

    (retail, fashion, lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong execution and vendor management skills
  • Hands-on experience with events, activations, and promotions
  • Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
