Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Product Trainer to join our team in Pune. The trainer will play a key role in equipping our retail staff with in-depth product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Apple products, have excellent communication skills, and be able to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions for retail staff on Apple products, accessories, and related services.

• Design, prepare, and update training materials, modules, and presentations aligned with Apple’s latest product launches and updates.

• Evaluate training needs through feedback, performance analysis, and observation, ensuring learning gaps are addressed.

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that focus on customer experience, product knowledge, and sales conversion.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, role-plays, and on-the-floor coaching.

• Stay updated with the latest Apple products, features, and industry trends to keep training relevant and impactful.

• Support ongoing employee development and build a culture of continuous learning across the retail network.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in product training, sales training, or retail training (tech/retail sector preferred).

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Ability to design training modules and customize content as per store needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Passion for Apple products and a strong interest in consumer technology.
