About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, promote Apple products, and provide customers with information about current offers and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally. Upsell and cross-sell Apple products and services. Explain ongoing offers, product features, and financing options. Maintain accurate call records and follow up on leads. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in tech or retail).
