This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager located in Faridabad. As the Executive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, generating and pursuing new sales leads, meeting sales targets and objectives, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Your role will involve coordinating with the marketing team, conducting market research, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and Lead Generation. A strong understanding of Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Performance Metrics is essential. You should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, along with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are required.
