Prepare sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Arrange regular training sessions for telecallers and sales executives to enhance skills and productivity. Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies. Generate quality sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research to achieve business targets. Effectively manage and coordinate the digital marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead conversions. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets in real estate. Strong leadership, team handling, and mentoring skills.
