Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager located in Faridabad. The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, generating and pursuing new sales leads, meeting sales targets and objectives, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team, conducting market research, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Performance Metrics
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and meet sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
