About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager (minimum 5–6 years of experience) to join our team on a part-time basis (3–4 hours/day). This is a commission-based opportunity with 20% commission on payments received from clients onboarded by you.🔹

Key Responsibilities:

Make 20–30 calls daily to potential clients (we’ll provide verified contact details).
Connect with HR professionals or hiring managers and promote our recruitment services.
Onboard 15–20 new clients each month by completing the signup and agreement process.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily work reports.
Ensure consistent follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR, staffing, or service-based industries
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
Comfortable working independently and managing CRM tools.

💰

Commission

: 20% of the payment received from clients onboarded by you after successful deal closure.
