??Context and Purpose of the Job ?RioMed is a leading clinical software company headquartered in the UK, specialising in the development and delivery of clinical applications. We provide customised solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals worldwide. ?We are seeking a Product Trainer to join our Training Department. The Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs on RioMed's products for both internal staff and external clients across all regions. This role is critical in ensuring that users have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to adopt our products effectively, thereby driving client success and satisfaction. The Trainer will collaborate closely with the Training Department, as well as with Product Specialists, Project Managers, and Account Managers, to deliver consistent and impactful learning experiences. Main Responsibilities ??Deliver product training sessions (onsite and virtual) for staff and clients across global offices, both virtually and on-site ?Design, update, and maintain training materials such as presentations, user guides, e-learning modules, quick reference sheets, and recordings. ?Collaborate with Product Specialists, Project Managers, Account Managers, Client Success, and Support teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product updates and workflows. ?Facilitate staff onboarding, refresher sessions, and client-specific training tailored to business needs and use cases. ?Assess training effectiveness through feedback, knowledge checks, practical evaluations, and self-assessment forms. ?Provide post-training support and guidance to reinforce knowledge application. ?Maintain accurate training records, track participation, and prepare reports for management in coordination with Training Team members. ?Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and materials; propose solutions based on trainee feedback and performance. ?Research and adopt new training methods, tools, and technologies to enhance effectiveness. ?Partner with HR & Quality teams to ensure alignment with organisational standards and objectives. ?Travel to regional offices and client sites as required. ?Additional Note ??This is a guide to your role. ESSENTIAL ?Core Skills ?Outstanding oral and written communication skills with strong command of English. ?Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; able to engage diverse audiences (technical and non-technical). ?Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, practical training content. ?High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ?Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs, both onsite and virtual. ?Personal Attributes ?Active listening and attention to detail. ?Strong record-keeping and documentation skills. ?Creative thinking to make training sessions interactive and effective. ?Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. ?Other Requirements ?Willingness to work in UK business hours (12:00 PM 9:00 PM IST and 1 PM to 10 PM during daylight savings). ?Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (UK, UAE, or other regions) for client training delivery as needed. ?Desirable ??Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field. ?Some background in Computer Science / Software concepts to understand and support product-related training. ?12 years of experience in training, client services, or a similar client-facing role. ?Prior experience delivering technology-based product training. ?Familiarity with creating multimedia learning assets (e.g., videos, demos, simulations). ?Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS). ?Ability to adapt training style to different audiences and learning needs. ?Local candidate (Pune) or open to relocation. ?Benefits ?Hybrid Work ?Group Medical Policy (for spouse and kids) ?12 Paid Training Days ?Competitive Rewards & Recognition Programme?
