About the Role

Apple Products Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth training sessions on Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple TV, etc.) and related software (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, iCloud, and productivity apps).
  
• Provide

  hands-on demonstrations

  and workshops on device setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Develop

  customized training modules, sales playbooks, manuals, and digital content

  tailored to employee roles (technical, sales, and customer service).
• Deliver

  sales training sessions

  focused on customer engagement, objection handling, and upselling within the Apple ecosystem.
• Stay updated with the latest Apple product releases, features, and ecosystem updates.
  
• Assess knowledge gaps and provide refresher sessions when required.
  
• Support employees with one-on-one guidance for advanced usage, problem-solving, or sales techniques.
  
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

  Apple products, operating systems, and ecosystem integration

  .
• Prior experience as a

  corporate trainer, technical trainer, or Apple-certified trainer (ACT)

  preferred.
• Experience in

  sales training and customer-facing enablement

  .
• Excellent

  presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

  .
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for

  non-technical learners

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  .
• Familiarity with

  instructional design and e-learning tools

  is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in

  IT, Education, or related field

  (preferred).

• MBA in any specialization

  is preferred.

• 3 - 7 years of experience

  in product training, preferably with

  Apple devices

  .
• Prior experience in the

  electronics industry

  will be an added advantage.
