The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Strong communication skills in English and Kannada are mandatory, with Hindi as an optional language. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for Non-IT roles. - Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. - Maintain recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly reports. - Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR operations. Qualifications & Skills: - Any degree - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Non-IT hiring. - Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi is a plus. - MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic knowledge of computer operations and HR systems. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
